And Peanut is still frank breech. It has preferred this position for a number of weeks now. The doctor had a look on the sonogram to check the position. The feet are still up by the head. She captured this picture of Peanut holding onto its foot, probably was sucking on the toe.
So with that in mind, we discussed our options with the doctor. It is my desire to labor and deliver Peanut as naturally as possible. With the current situation, we elected to try an External cephalic version. I am scheduled for 8:30am tomorrow. The doctor will attempt to massage and roll Peanut head down by mashing around on my belly. There is a chance that my water could break and I will go into labor, but she assured me that Peanut would do just fine being at 37 weeks. And I'm about ready to be done with this whole pregnancy thing!
There are the what if's I keep going over in my mind. I know God is in control and pray for His will to be done. I just really don't want to have a c-section.
