Evie is a great traveler so we took a road trip in July through east Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. We started off by visiting family in Victoria.
We left Victoria and stopped in Brenham to visit the Blue Bell Ice Cream Parlor. Yum Yum! We spent the night in Bossier City, LA on our way up to Arkansas. She thought it was pretty cool to stay in a hotel, eat breakfast in the lobby and swim in the pool.
We spent a few days in Searcy, AR visiting friends. "Uncle" Fofe has a boat. Evie enjoyed riding on the boat, jumping off the boat into the lake, and even rode the innertube with Daddy. Mommy was a bit nervous, but Evie had the time of her life. She would scream "Wee!" and "Boing, boing, boing" as she bounced across the water. We are looking forward to another visit on Uncle Fofe's boat!
